Dov Bar: The testimony document was titled: Testimony of the ex-Chief of Police of the German Gendarmerie of Motikala's parish in the district of Brest – Semyanyuk Vassili Timofievitch.
Here are the details of this testimony document, to which I will add details known to me, based on resources that I will not always cite. I will gladly supply them on request to whomever asks for them. I will also offer some remarks and commentary.
Timofievitch says:
Until the German occupation I worked as a mason. During the Polish occupation I served in the Polish army. I worked for a short while in the villages as a builder of ovens under the German occupation and later on I reported to the Ukrainian committee where they appointed me first as a policeman and at the end of 1942 I was appointed as chief of police of the parish of Motikala. I had under my command up to 40 policemen.
Dov Bar: To the best of my knowledge Timofievitch was a descendent of Belarus.
Editor's Notes: Asks for them: Dov Bar does not use email. Requests sent to the webmaster will be relayed to him. A descendent of Belarus: a Belarusian.
